Mode of Action
Fipronix 5 controls insects through contact, stomach ingestion, and systemic action. It primarily acts as an ingestion toxicant with some contact action, interfering with nerve impulse transmission by disrupting the passage of chloride ions through the Gamma Amino Butyric Acid (GABA) regulated chloride channel.

Description
Fipronix 5 is an insecticide from the Phenylpyrazole group designed to control insect pests in crops such as rice, chilli, cabbage/cauliflower, and sugarcane. It is known for its low dosage requirement and effective control of a wide range of pests.
Application
Apply when insect infestation reaches an economic threshold level, repeating every 10-15 days based on environmental conditions. Water dilution depends on spray pump type and crop growth. Adjust dosage based on pest intensity and crop growth. Stop application 14 days before harvest.
